At any time of your trip you will be able to choose the optimum route or one out of up to three true alternative routes. Becker BestTracks analyzes your individual routing situation and only proposes valid routing alternatives based on your personal routing preferences.

A dedicated button helps you to easily navigate through the user interface. With a simple click you will always be able to get back one step. A long click leads you back to the main menue immediately.

With a simple click you are able to install your navigation device to the active holder or remove it. You will have no more hassle with attaching cables. The car charger and TMC antenna are combined into one single cable which connects directly to your active car holder.

Your navigation device switches on and off automatically while connected to the car charger. The built-in battery protection system combines maximum battery power saving with instant-on convenience at device startup.

Becker OneShot Speech Dialogue System
In addition to entering destinations via the touch screen, the Becker OneShot Speech Dialogue System may also be used. Simply state the destination's address in one sentence and the route calculation begins.
Available in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain and North Ireland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

Becker SmartGuess analyses your destination history. Based on time of the day, previous routes and current position it presents you the two most likely destinations.

Frequently selected towns immediately appear as possible destinations.The proposals take into account your usage habits. For instance, if you enter the city of Hamburg often, then after you enter the letter “H” the proposal “Hamburg” is automatically displayed.

Navteq Traffic Premium TMC for Europe (incl. TMC Pro) provides detailed and up-to-the-minute traffic reports to aid your navigation. The latest traffic flows are automatically recorded by sensors and transmitted, checked by the central data system and then forwarded to your navigation system. The occurrence and dispersion of traffic jams can be reported more accurately by these automatic recording systems.
Navteq Traffic Premium TMC is available in Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
If no Premium traffic service is available, the traffic information in the set service area will continue to be received via the built-in TMC traffic report receiver, with this also then being taken into account in route calculations.
