- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed for their full value. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the goods in your basket, you cannot just redeem part of the voucher and nor can you get a refund for the balance.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed during their validity period.
- The voucher total cannot be paid out as a cash equivalent.
- It is unfortunately not possible to credit the value of the voucher at a later date after you have completed your order.
- It is not possible to redeem vouchers for products which are marked as special offer, as-new remaining stock, discontinued models or B-stock. For these products you will get an information about that during the ordering process.
The vouchers are generally linked to a particular promotion and are valid for a limited period of time. In some cases, the vouchers can only be redeemed when you purchase certain products or product groups. You should therefore please note the details on your voucher.
You log into our Online Shop with your customer account and place the goods you want in your basket. You then proceed to the checkout. Before you complete your order process, you can enter your voucher code into the field which is provided for this. The voucher is deducted from your order directly. You complete your order process. You will see your voucher detailed separately on your order confirmation.
Please first check whether you have entered your voucher code correctly and check the validity period of your voucher. When you enter the code, please also bear in mind that it is case-sensitive.
